Thomas responded to my initial request on checkatrade really quickly. Communicated well and efficiently. He advised clearly that he may not have been able to fix the oven issue. But came out to look regardless. And luckily was able to resolve both issues. Really polite and professional. Straightforward, no hassle. Would definitely recommend.

Tom did a great job in installing our downlights! I’m amazed how the area is always tidy after he completes his work. He gave suggestions on how much lights will we need in each area and was easy enough to make minor changes to the original plan as needed. He installed about 30 downlights all together. The quote was reasonable and was the same price I paid in the end.
